Wicked Salted Macadamias

Local Queensland grown Macadamias roasted with a salt blend that is a little bit wicked and a lot addictive. Smoked salt infused with citrus zest and some chilli for a little bite. Roasted in our copper kettle in small batches over gas to create a crunchy treat.
